Your number, used plainly.

When you order from the QR code on your table, we ask for your name and mobile number. Here is exactly what happens with them.

What we collect

• Your name and mobile number.
• What you ordered, at which branch and table, when, and the bill amount.
• Your rating and comments, if you leave feedback.

Why

• To take your order and match it to your table and bill.
• So our staff bring each order to the right person at your table, without mix-ups, and can call you about your order if needed (for example, if a dish has run out).
• To understand our regulars: how often guests come back and what they order.

We don't send you WhatsApp messages or SMS. We do not sell your number or share it with anyone.

Who can see it

Only Hotel Pandia's staff: the team at the branch you ordered at (the kitchen sees your name on the order ticket so food reaches the right person), and the owner. It is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and protected so that only signed-in staff can read it.
